1. The service

Kalimbanumero (https://kalimbanumero.com) is a free website of kalimba tabs in numbers, with videos and printable PDF files, published by Loïc Berthod, Grône, Switzerland. It can be used without an account. Accounts are shared with the sister sites Pianumero (https://pianumero.com) and Typiano (https://playtypiano.com). By creating an account or subscribing to the emails, you accept these terms.

2. Your account

Give a working email address and keep your password to yourself. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; this deletes it on the three sites.

3. Fair use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in or to overload it, no automated mass access or download, no creation of accounts in bulk, and no name that is offensive or impersonates someone else.

4. The tabs, videos and PDF files

You may use, print and share the tabs, videos and PDF files for learning, at home or in class, as long as they are not sold and the source (kalimbanumero.com) is kept. The texts, design and logo belong to the publisher.

5. Availability and liability

The service is free and provided as it is, without guarantee that it is always available or free of errors; it may change or stop. As far as Swiss law allows, the publisher is not liable for damage resulting from its use; liability for intent and gross negligence is not excluded (Swiss Code of Obligations, art. 100).

6. Privacy

How your data is handled is set out in the privacy notice.

7. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the canton of Valais, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that give consumers the right to go to the courts where they live.
